It was a great weekend. Family on Friday. A somewhat lazy Saturday with quick errands. A productive Sunday with baking and organizing, a nap and blogging.
We start birthing classes tonight. I'm pretty excited since I don't know much about the birthing experience. It's taught by a Doula, so it's more holistic than the hospital birthing class. (We'll be taking that class too.) Two birthing classes might be unnecessary, but I like to be informed. It makes me feel more prepared for a situation.

I love the red and teal color combo. That is one of my favorites! Have fun at the birthing classes. It's always good to have all the info you can get.
ReplyDeleteLove that bag. Looks awesome with the colorful cardi. Good luck with the birthing classes. While I don't ever plan on having kids, I have always liked the idea of a doula/midwife. I think mainstream medical treats pregnancy as an ailment too much.
ReplyDelete2 birthing classes, you are brave. Jim wanted to do one and I said no way. We discussed our birth plan with our midwife (I delivered in the hospital but with a midwife. The required written birth plan was a joke anyway, and none of it happened!
ReplyDeleteSo great that you're working in bright happy colors! You look beautiful. Feel well!
ReplyDeleteStunning pregger lady! Found you through Monday Mingle. We had a doula also, but after our twins were born to help us get sleep! :) Perhaps we could follow each other?
